POINTE, A FOUNDATION OF SAFETY

At Pointe Engineering, safety is the cornerstone of every operation we undertake. Our projects; no matter how remote, steep, or complex; are delivered under an Integrated Safety Management System certified to ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001. These global standards reflect our unwavering commitment to the highest levels of health, safety, environmental care, and quality across all sites and services.

At Pointe Engineering, safety begins long before boots hit the ground. Every project is underpinned by a structured and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risk. Prior to commencing work, our team prepares comprehensive Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to assess potential hazards. These documents are reviewed meticulously and tailored to each specific site condition, ensuring a clear understanding of operational risks and control measures. Our crews are extensively trained to operate safely in high-risk environments including confined spaces, active traffic corridors, remote regions, and steep terrain. This disciplined preparation allows us to uphold safety standards even in the most challenging and dynamic job sites.

Our safety culture goes far beyond ticking boxes. It’s a shared responsibility embedded in every layer of the business. From IRATA-certified rope-access crews to daily pre-start briefings, exclusion zones, and rehearsed emergency plans—every element is designed to protect our people and partners. Continuous improvement, open communication, and ongoing training ensure our team always returns home safely.
